Welcome to the Membership Application form for Lawn Aqua Club.
Please read the following instructions:
- One member from your Household should fill out this form and submit it.
- Lawn Aqua Club Board will process the registration and check references.
- If you are approved for Membership, you will be sent an email indicating what your Dues are and instructions on how to pay them.
- Please refrain from sending email inquiries checking on the status of your application. Lawn Aqua Club will let you know whether your application was approved.
- The Lawn Aqua Club Board will make the final determination on applications, and the order in which they are received will play NO role in the application review process.
- Please read the Lawn Aqua Club Rules. Submitting this application means you have read and will abide by these rules.
