Welcome to the Membership Application form for Lawn Aqua Club.

Please read the following instructions:

One member from your Household should fill out this form and submit it.
Lawn Aqua Club Board will process the registration and check references.
If you are approved for Membership, you will be sent an email indicating what your 2023 Dues are and instructions on how to pay them.
Please refrain from sending email inquiries checking on the status of your application. Lawn Aqua Club will let you know within a couple of weeks whether your application was approved.
The Lawn Aqua Club Board will make the final determination on applications, and the order in which they are received will play NO role in the application review process.
Applications may get wait-listed until 2024 if there is significant interest in joining.

Lawn Aqua Club Dues

Option 1: Individual Plan
Base Dues of $100, PLUS $150/person for everyone in household age 3 and older (children 2 and under are FREE)

Option 2: Family Plan
$825

IMPORTANT NOTE: For both options, households are allowed only one (1) person who does not live in the home, e.g. nanny, baby-sitter, relative, etc.

Before submitting your application, make sure you have read the 2023 Lawn Aqua Club Rules linked at the beginning of this form.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge you and the members of your LAC household have read and will abide by the Rules.

It will take several weeks for LAC to process the applications we receive, but we will let you know if your application was accepted by May 1st. Please don’t send inquiries about your application between then and now as we won’t be communicating about new applications until then.
